Creating a Global Reputation for New Mexico Innovation

Our mission is to partner across all sectors to spotlight and activate New Mexico’s inherent capabilities. Moving from a place where innovation is developed to one where it stays, grows, and creates lasting economic value.

The Innovation Exodus Problem

We have huge opportunities to grow the biotech sector but without adequate lab infrastructure, New Mexico essentially becomes an R&D incubator for other states' economies.

New Mexico bears the cost of innovation development but loses the economic benefits of commercialization when companies relocate to access the lab space and funding networks needed for growth.

New Mexico Venture Studios hopes to be instrumental in breaking this cycle.

New Mexico Venture Studios’ Solution

New Mexico Venture Studios addresses the innovation exodus gap with proven leadership, committed companies, and a clear path to economic impact. Our comprehensive venture studio model addresses this challenge through:

  • Experienced Leadership: A team with a $1B+ fundraising track record and multiple successful exits

  • Immediate Traction: 12+ startups already committed to our flagship location, validating market demand

  • Strategic Infrastructure: IP-centered design approach and integrated support services that address the specific needs driving startups to relocate elsewhere

Strategy, Space, Startups…

Powerful ideas deserve exceptional space.

New Mexico Venture Studios is creating more than a facility, we're building a crystallization core for innovation and economic growth. Our team has conducted comprehensive analysis of facility requirements and current market conditions. We've lined up all required vendors to build out the interior of our flagship location, a 50,000 SF facility at 2810 Karsten Ct SE, Albuquerque. Here we’ll begin to develop our vision of world-class lab space tailored for bioscience, advanced computing, and advanced energy innovation.
